Are all the body products Vegan?
Yes, all our body products are Vegan and the ingredients are not derived from or tested on animals. The products are cruelty free.
Do we do custom or wholesale orders?
Yes, we do custom and wholesale orders. Just send us your queries on contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Do you accept returns and give refunds?
We do offer refunds and exchanges if made within 15 days of purchase, however you will need to pay for the shipping. We do not take returns due to the nature of the products. If you are not fully satisfied with the products please reach us at info@pasitheabodyandsoul.ca and we will be happy to assist you.
Do you provide shipping?
After the order has been placed, items will be shipped within 3-5 business days via Canada Post. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or holidays. Shipping charges are calculated through Canada post at the checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
